What is frillist?
frillist was created to give people with limited home storage an option to decorate for the season (and only the season!) without sacrificing precious space year-round. Renting rather than buying higher quality decor has the added benefit of creating less waste each year as opposed to buying items that inevitably end up in the landfill after each holiday. Yay environment!
Where is frillist available?
Right now, frillist items can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.
What's the process?
The frillist team hand-selects a limited number of decor items that will be available each season. Add the items you want to your shopping cart to create your order. The cost at checkout is the price to keep everything for 30 days. Once the items are delivered, your 30 days starts. Return all the items by the end of the rental period. Pack up the same boxes you received the items in and use the return label(s) provided. If you want to keep your items for longer, no problem! We will let you know a few days before charging your payment method on file for another 30 days.
How much does it cost?
Price varies by kit. Each order can be kept at your home for 30 days from delivery. If any items are kept beyond the 30 days, frillist will charge your payment method for an additional 30 days until returned. Additional 30 day rental periods are offered at a reduced cost (Renewal Fee as listed on the website in the Product Description).
Is this a subscription service?
No! Kits can be ordered for only the seasons or holidays that you decorate for in your home. Orders will only be shipped when placed by you.
Will I see the same pieces for each season every year?
This frillist team is constantly tracking trends and curating new pieces for each season. We will release a new collection for each season with a new set of kits for your home.
What if I want to buy something?
At this time, our items are not for sale.
What if I break something?
You will have the option to purchase insurance during product selection for $5. This insurance will cover any damage to the items during your rental. We understand that accidents happen, so if something happens, please send us an email as soon as possible and we will work on a case-by-case basis to resolve.
